Event Hotels  We've negotiated a rate of $85 a night for our out of town guests. The Wingate by Wyndham in Mooresville was selected as our pre-event host hotel. The Wingate by Wyndham in Mooresville, North Carolina is located approximately 30 miles north of Uptown Charlotte and approximately 15 miles south of Statesville, NC. We are located on I-77 at Exit 36 (Highway 150) on the Northwest side of the highway. If coming from I-40, take I-77 South to Exit 36 and we are on the right side of the highway. Our richly appointed guestrooms include 3 executive suites and 83 king and double bed rooms. Each room has a large work desk with both high speed and wireless internet access. The desk also has a 2 line speaker phone with a dataport and voicemail capabilities. After a long day of work relax by enjoying our new Moen showerhead and taking a quick nap on our new Serta pillowtop mattress. Each guest room is also equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and a refrigerator.  For those that want to hang out longer after the event concludes at the winery, we've secured a block of rooms at the Wilkesboro Holiday Inn Express. They have given us a special rate for the event of $85 per night. We will also have use of either the area by the pool or one of the inside rooms to continue the festivities. Also, a complimentary breakfast will be provided Sunday morning. If you wish to book a room at the reduced rate, please do so prior to September 18th, 2009. |
